Thomas Hales received his certification as a BCBA in 2016. He is also a certified teacher within the state of Michigan. He has worked with children with disabilities in the clinic, home, school, and community settings for the past 9 years.
Ashley received her undergraduate degree from Northern Michigan University in 2007. She and Tom (Owner), were both raised in the Grand Rapids area and have 4 children together.
Naomi is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She received her certification September 2019. She has worked as a Behavior Technician with numerous agencies in the Grand Rapids area for the last 5 years.
Heather is a Behavior Technician with us. She received her undergraduate degree from Grand Valley State University in 2016. Since graduation, Heather has been working in a variety of positions in the mental health field.
Luke is a Behavior Technician who works with us. He also works full time with the Boy Scouts of America. He enjoys playing games during his free time.
Basha is our lead behavior technician. She received her M.S. from The University of North Texas in behavior analysis. She has been working in applied and experimental behavior analysis since 2010 across both universities and private agencies. She is currently collecting hours to test for her BCBA.
Aaron is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and received a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Aaron also works as a music instructor. When not at work he can be found reading with coffee in hand.
Chris has been a teacher for over 20 years. Three of those years have been working specifically with students with autism. He is originally a graduate of Hope College with a bachelors degree in secondary education and history. He has a masters degree in special education from Grand Valley State University and a autism teaching certificate endorsement from the masters program at Western Michigan University. Chris has been married to his wife Lisa for 3 years and has 5 children.
Diana is a behavior technician with us. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology Behavior Analysis from Northern Michigan University in 2018. Since graduation, she has been working a few different jobs. Diana works for multiple agencies that assist people with disabilities. She is working towards receiving her BCaBA. When she gets free time she enjoys spending time with her family and animals.
Tyler is working towards his bachelors degree for psychology and becoming a registered behavior technician. Tyler has worked with children with disabilities for the past two years in classrooms and at a summer camp. In his free time, Tyler plays games with his family, goes on bike rides, and plays with his two dogs.
Kelsey is a behavior technician with us. Kelsey is a former nursing technician at a neuroscience and spine unit in the hospital. She found her heart in the neuroscience part of the job and decided to peruse something closer to her passion. She is in her last year of her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and plans to continue schooling to receive her Masters in Social Work.
Jessica received her Bachelor of Social Work from Grand Valley in April 2019. She has a passion for working with children and families and has 2.5 years of experience in the field of ABA.
Tammy has been doing medical billing for 10 years. She received her Associates of Applied Science from Baker College of Muskegon with her major being Medical Insurance Billing and Coding. Tammy also works as a Program Assistant with the Special Education department and is also a substitute teacher when needed.
Demetrius is a behavior technician with us. They are currently working towards becoming a registered behavior technician while also being a full time student at Grand Valley, studying for their Bachelors of Social Work, and B.S. in Psychology. They have been working with youths since they were in high school, and plan to continue working with this age range as well as young adults in the future after pursuing their Masters in Social Work. When not at work or studying, they are most often found spending time with their cat.
Ken graduated from CMU with a biology major and a minor in PE. He received a Master's degree from GVSU in education. He taught for 30 years and was also a coach for 30 years. He has worked in the field of ABA for 3 years and experience working with clients with ASD for 5 years . He has three daughters, and has been to 50 different countries! He loves sports, reading, and gardening.
Quinn is a behavioral technician with us. Alongside working with us she also has been a Lead DSP working in an adult foster care home for those with neurodivergencies for 3 years. When not working she likes to write poetry and short stories.
